By default, inexpensive (less than $50) and lightweight items are shipped via the PO. Heavy or expensive items are shipped UPS. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. If you enter an address with a PO Box we will ship it PO because UPS will charge us a $5 fee to correct a PO Box address. If you ship via PO for heavy or expensive items please allow up to 4 business days before we can go to the PO to ship. UPS shipments will usually ship in 1-3 business days even if you choose overnight or 2 day. We will do our best. Shipping and return shipping charges are 3rd party charges and are not refundable under any circumstances.
